Complete in days.
Not months.

The average property sale drags on for months — waiting on searches, surveys, enquiries and a chain of people who aren't moving in step. Assured compresses all of it, so buyer and seller reach completion in days, with everything ready upfront.

The hands-on legal work in a sale takes hours, not months. The months are dead time — waiting, chasing, and re-doing. Assured removes the waiting.
How Assured changes your sale

Get started

Start where you stand

Assured works when both sides move together. Tell us which side you're on and we'll tailor everything — and honestly show how fast your sale can go.

How it works

Four things make days possible

A fast completion isn't magic — it's removing the four things that normally cause months of delay. Assured puts all four in place before the clock starts.

01

The survey is done first

The biggest cause of collapsed, dragged-out sales is a buyer finding condition issues late and renegotiating. An upfront survey puts the full picture on the table from day one — and the buyer can rely on it, so there's nothing left to discover.

02

Both sides are locked in

A reservation agreement holds both buyer and seller to the deal, so no one walks away halfway and no one wastes weeks on a sale that was never going to happen. Commitment is what makes the speed worth everyone's effort.

03

Solicitors work to one timeline

Normal conveyancing is weeks of one side waiting on the other. With both solicitors working to the same accelerated timeline — ours, or yours coordinated by us — the work happens in parallel instead of ping-ponging back and forth.

04

Every milestone, to the day

You see exactly where the sale is at all times, with each step given a target date and everyone held to it. Nothing stalls unnoticed — the moment something slips, it's chased. No black box, no silence.

What it costs

One clear fee upfront. Everything else on completion.

No stacked upfront costs. You pay the Assured service fee to get moving — the survey and solicitors are settled from the sale proceeds when you complete.

So you're only ever ~£500 out of pocket to start

✓The survey fee is paid on completion — and waived entirely if the sale falls through through no fault of yours.
✓Solicitors are settled on completion, out of proceeds, like any normal sale.
✓Buying and selling are two sides of the same fast sale — and either side can choose to cover the other's Assured fee on completion, so a motivated party can get things moving alone.

Buying with a mortgage
The lender's timeline is the one part we don't control — so we compress everything else to days and complete the moment your offer lands.
Questions

The things people ask first

Does both the buyer and seller need to take part?+
Yes — a fast completion needs both sides and both solicitors moving together, so Assured only runs when both parties are in. If you sign up first, we invite the other side to join. If they don't, your sale simply proceeds on the standard timeline and your Assured fee is refunded — or you can choose to cover their fee yourself so things get moving.
What is the £499 actually for?+
It's the PurchaseSecured Assured service — the coordination that makes a days-completion possible: getting everything ready upfront, keeping both solicitors to one accelerated timeline, and tracking every milestone so nothing stalls. It's not a referral fee, and it's separate from your survey and solicitor costs, which are paid on completion.
Why does the seller pay for a survey?+
Because it's what removes the single biggest cause of delay: a buyer discovering condition issues late and renegotiating. An upfront survey the buyer can rely on means there's nothing left to find. You pay nothing for it upfront — it's settled on completion, and waived if the sale falls through through no fault of yours. It also makes your property more attractive to serious buyers.
Can I use my own solicitor?+
Yes. Using our panel is the smoothest route because they already work to our accelerated timeline, but you're free to keep your own solicitor. They'll likely charge a little extra to work to the faster timeline — and if you'd like, we'll speak to them directly to agree it and keep your completion on track.
What if my buyer needs a mortgage?+
Assured still helps a lot — everything except the mortgage is compressed to days, so you complete as soon as the offer lands rather than adding weeks on top. We'll be upfront with you about what "fast" means for a mortgaged purchase before you commit.
