Confirm your sale — completion assured in days

As the seller, a few quick confirmations let us complete your sale fast and protect everyone involved. This takes about a minute.

Your name

Property address

Please confirm

I confirm I am legally entitled to sell this property and, to the best of my knowledge, the title is clear (no undisclosed ownership disputes, charges, or legal issues). My solicitor will verify this. I understand this is an accelerated (Assured) completion and I agree to the fast timeline, including having my property taken off the market for the reserved buyer. Everything I disclose is truthful and complete. I understand that hiding a known material defect could put the sale — and me — at legal risk. I will respond promptly to my solicitor and agent so we can keep the fast timeline. A quick reply keeps things moving.

Known issues (optional but important)

There are known issues or defects with the property I should disclose

PurchaseSecured provides a platform and facilitation service. Your own solicitor carries out the legal work and confirms title before completion. This is not legal advice.
